Folly London Millinery is an eclectic British Hat & Hairpiece brand. Lynsey Beard is - The ECO Milliner, a female business owner and Creative Director. When Lynsey isn’t creating the perfect headpiece you’ll find her taking inspiration from her favourite city.
Lynsey is a Londoner through and through and loves city life, I have a lifelong love affair with Fashion, Art and Design, when at college I spent many many hours at one of my all-time favourite places, the Victoria & Albert Museum in London, sketching, drawing and observing all the fabulous artefacts.
With Central London on my doorstep, I also have regular stops at another of my favourite places, Covent Garden with Neals Yard, Floral Street and listening to the street performers rallying up the crowds in the plaza.
Sustainability is an ongoing journey for me and Folly London, I am pleased to announce I have recently been accredited by The Sustainable Wedding Alliance, with an in-depth assessment of my business’s sustainability processes and procedures, and a Building a Sustainable Business course to follow to achieve accreditation.

We will work together to create your dream headpiece, looking at your face shape, inherent colours and contrast levels; your planned outfit and any textures. we will discuss the material and adornments for your headpiece, and before making it, I will provide sketches to make sure you are 100% happy.
